Architect/Interior Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented designer to create innovative office layouts and custom furniture concepts that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing precise architectural and product design drawings using industry-standard software. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions. Additionally, the designer will oversee the implementation of designs and conduct site visits to maintain project standards. Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and best practices is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative office layouts and custom furniture concepts that effectively balance form and function, enhancing both the visual appeal and usability of workspaces. Produce detailed architectural and product design drawings utilizing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or comparable tools to ensure accuracy and clarity in design communication.

Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the overall design vision, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the project. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to coordinate design efforts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations and project requirements.

Oversee the implementation phase of designs by conducting regular site visits to verify adherence to project specifications and quality standards. This hands-on approach helps maintain design integrity from concept through completion.

Stay informed about emerging design trends, innovative materials, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Suite to create detailed and accurate design documentation.

While a minimum of one year of experience in interior design is preferred, candidates should be motivated to apply their skills and grow within the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience specifically in office furniture and product design is highly desirable, as it will enable the candidate to contribute specialized knowledge to the development of custom solutions.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range from Rs 60,000 to Rs 120,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
