Job Summary
We are currently looking for dedicated and physically fit Labour Staff to join our team at our Lahore facility, conveniently located near China Chowk on Lawrence Road. This role is ideal for hardworking and cooperative individuals who are prepared to perform a variety of manual tasks as assigned. The position requires full-time commitment, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and punctuality. The starting salary ranges from PKR 25,000 to 30,000 per month, offering a stable opportunity for those seeking consistent employment in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Labour Staff will be responsible for carrying out general labor duties as directed by supervisors. This includes performing assigned manual tasks efficiently while maintaining a cooperative attitude and disciplined approach to work. Adherence to all safety and operational guidelines is mandatory to ensure a safe workplace for all employees. Teamwork is essential, as candidates will be expected to support colleagues to maintain a smooth and productive workflow. The standard work schedule consists of 9 hours per day, which includes a 40-minute lunch break.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) and should ideally be between 18 and 35 years of age. Physical fitness is crucial to handle the demands of manual labor effectively. Additionally, punctuality and discipline are key traits required to succeed in this role. The ability to work well within a team environment is also essential, as collaboration and mutual support are core to the position.
