Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Rawalpindi as a full-time Beneficiary Follow-Up and Dispatch Coordinator. This role is crucial in managing beneficiary communications, coordinating dispatch operations, tracking deliveries, and ensuring confirmation of receipt. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records to support accountability and smooth operational flow. This position demands strong communication and administrative skills, with preference given to candidates who have experience in NGOs, healthcare, or logistics sectors. The role operates during standard office hours with occasional Saturday work as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely follow-ups with beneficiaries to ensure effective communication and provide necessary support throughout the process.
- Coordinate all dispatch activities, ensuring that deliveries are tracked accurately from origin to destination.
- Confirm receipt of dispatched items with beneficiaries and maintain comprehensive records to guarantee accountability and transparency.
- Maintain organized documentation and update databases regularly to reflect current status and outcomes of deliveries and beneficiary interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with beneficiaries and team members.
- Strong administrative capabilities, including record-keeping, data entry, and document management.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working in NGOs, healthcare, or logistics environments, demonstrating familiarity with beneficiary management and dispatch coordination processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
Additional Information
- Location: The position is based at 65-A, Street 3, Westridge - 1, Opposite Rafay Mall, Peshawar Road Service Lane, Rawalpindi.
- Working Hours: The standard office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be prepared for occasional work on Saturdays as operational needs arise.
- Job Type: This is a full-time, in-person role requiring consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Salary: The monthly salary range for this position is Rs37,000 to Rs40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
