We are seeking a skilled IT & Network Support Specialist to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure at our site. This role involves installing, configuring, and supporting hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LAN/WAN environments, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, and cybersecurity best practices. Strong troubleshooting abilities, site survey expertise, and compliance with industry standards are essential. The role also demands effective documentation and coordination with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform patching and termination on patch panels, MDF, and CCTV within the telecom rack.
- Create and manage I/O and LAN cables, including straight and crossover types, and work with WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Conduct DTX testing and troubleshoot IP-based systems, ensuring smooth operation of IP protocols.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware, software, networks, and systems on-site.
- Provide technical support to site employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of IT technicians or support staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle structured cabling and hardware systems such as servers, memory modules, routers, switches, PDUs, and peripherals.
- Interpret technical drawings and execute work according to specifications.
- Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure needs and conditions accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data integrity and defend against cyber threats.
- Monitor system and network performance, making adjustments to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams to manage and enhance infrastructure.
- Document configurations, updates, and technical procedures thoroughly for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing LAN/WAN networks, VoIP systems, DNS, DHCP, switches, and routers.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and network security best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IP-based systems and network protocols.
- Experience with structured cabling, patch panels, and telecom rack management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate technical records.
- Leadership experience in supervising IT support teams effectively.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

- Salary Range: Rs80,000 to Rs100,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site
