Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our vibrant team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role requires working US hours (night shift) to promote and sell top telecom services such as Spectrum, Comcast, and COX to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken English skills, a strong background in outbound sales, and a proven ability to consistently meet ambitious sales targets. Compensation includes a competitive base salary complemented by an attractive uncapped commission plan that rewards high performance.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using supplied lead lists. You will effectively present the features and benefits of our telecom solutions, tailoring recommendations to meet each customer’s unique needs. Achieving and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals is essential. You will confidently manage objections and close sales efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Maintaining accurate records of all calls and sales activities is crucial, utilizing CRM systems and sales pipeline tools to track progress. When necessary, you will perform lead extraction to maintain a steady flow of prospects. Adherence to compliance and quality standards during all customer interactions is mandatory. Collaboration with team leaders and quality assurance personnel will support continuous process and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of outbound telesales experience targeting U.S. customers, demonstrating a strong track record of success. Exceptional spoken English skills are required, preferably with a neutral or American accent, to ensure clear communication. You should be skilled in sales techniques, negotiation, and objection handling, with a proven ability to close deals over the phone.

Familiarity with telecom products and services will be advantageous. The role demands flexibility and commitment to working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours. You must be capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, Google Sheets, and dialing systems is essential to manage sales activities efficiently.
