Job Summary
We are a prominent Quran publishing company based in Lahore, Pakistan, seeking an experienced Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies that boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, increase website traffic, generate leads and sales, and maximize return on investment. This role demands a proactive professional capable of managing multiple digital channels efficiently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure unified and impactful messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Design and implement detailed digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals. Conduct thorough market research to identify and understand target audiences, enabling the creation of tailored campaigns that resonate with their preferences and behaviors.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Responsibilities include content creation and curation, scheduling posts based on engagement analytics, staying updated on social media trends, and analyzing competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Content Creation & SEO:
Collaborate closely with content creators to develop blog posts, videos, and articles that reflect the company’s brand identity. Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines by applying SEO best practices, thereby enhancing organic reach and visibility.
Digital Campaigns & Analytics:
Plan and execute innovative online marketing campaigns using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot. Manage pay-per-click advertising through Google Ads and similar platforms. Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Work in partnership with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to guarantee consistent messaging and alignment across all digital marketing channels, fostering a cohesive brand experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital and social media marketing management or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, platform rules, best practices, and emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills essential for content development and effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite is required. Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus but not essential.
