Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of sales experience to join our team remotely from Pakistan. This full-time role requires working night shifts from Monday to Saturday, 9 PM to 5 AM PKT, to engage with U.S.-based leads generated through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, confidently guiding them through the sales process and converting inquiries into paying customers. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, as you will represent House of Bamboo to a discerning U.S. clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries generated from Meta advertising campaigns. You will schedule and conduct video consultations via Zoom with prospective clients based in the United States, understanding their needs and effectively presenting House of Bamboo’s interior design portfolio and value proposition.

You will coordinate closely with the design team to communicate project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from initial sale through to project completion. Tracking client project progress and collaborating with the design team to meet deadlines is a key part of this role.

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups within CRM systems is essential for seamless communication and project management. Throughout all interactions, you will represent House of Bamboo with professionalism, demonstrating native-level English fluency and a polished demeanor.

Required Qualifications
Exceptional spoken and written English skills are mandatory, preferably with an American or neutral accent. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client services. Experience in interior design, architecture, or SaaS industries is a plus but not required.

You must be available to work U.S. time zones during night shifts (9 PM – 5 AM PKT). Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to quickly build trust and rapport with clients. Proficiency with CRM tools, Zoom, and Google Workspace applications such as Sheets and Docs is required.

We seek candidates who demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a professional personal presentation. A willingness and ability to learn and communicate design concepts effectively is important; training will be provided to support your success.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
