Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Applicants must be fluent English speakers with a neutral or clear accent, which is a mandatory requirement. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While previous experience in an international call center is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 90,000 per month. In addition, there is a performance-based bonus potential of up to PKR 100,000 monthly, rewarding high achievers. Employees can expect opportunities for growth and salary increments every three months, contingent on performance.
A comprehensive 7-day training program is provided to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Flexible shift options are available to accommodate different schedules:
- Part-Time shifts: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- Full-Time shifts: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
