Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented and detail-focused Google Ads Expert to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform. This role is pivotal in driving targeted traffic, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the company’s broader business goals through strategic campaign management and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple Google Ads networks, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping. You will conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
Developing engaging and persuasive ad copy is essential, as is testing different creatives to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. You will monitor campaign performance closely, using data-driven insights to make timely adjustments that align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Tracking and reporting campaign outcomes will be a regular part of your role, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure effectiveness and ROI. Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in Google Ads and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is critical to maintaining competitive advantage.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure all campaigns are consistent with the overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a solid understanding of the platform’s features, including bidding strategies and various ad formats. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking techniques is essential to accurately measure and optimize campaign performance.
A foundational knowledge of SEO principles and general digital marketing concepts will support your ability to integrate paid campaigns within broader marketing efforts. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary to interpret data effectively and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Possession of a Google Ads Certification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and expertise.
