Key Responsibilities
Fitness Trainers at Beast Gym will conduct both personalized and group training sessions, catering to clients with diverse fitness levels. You will be responsible for instructing clients on proper exercise techniques and ensuring the safe use of all gym equipment. Designing customized workout plans tailored to individual goals is a core part of the role.

Tracking client progress and providing ongoing motivation and encouragement are essential to foster success and commitment. Maintaining a safe, clean, and vibrant gym environment is a priority, alongside assisting with gym floor management tasks such as re-racking weights and spotting clients during exercises.

Building strong, trusting relationships with clients is crucial to promote membership retention and renewals, contributing to the overall growth and positive reputation of Beast Gym.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a fitness or gym trainer, demonstrating practical knowledge in the field. A basic understanding of exercise science, including form correction and nutrition fundamentals, is necessary to effectively guide clients.

Strong communication skills and professional conduct are essential, along with a polite and respectful demeanor. Trainers must present themselves well and be capable of professionally managing and training both male and female clients, ensuring inclusivity and comfort for all members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While certification in fitness training is preferred, it is not mandatory. Beast Gym offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to client conversions and achievements.
