Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and professional Field Coordinator to join our team in Gulberg III, Lahore, on a full-time basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit various manufacturing and industrial sites across Lahore to obtain permissions for videography projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, maintain a professional demeanor at all times, and be comfortable with extensive travel within the city. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for conducting site visits to different industrial and manufacturing locations throughout Lahore. This involves engaging directly with factory owners and managers to clearly articulate the purpose of the videography projects and secure the necessary permissions for video recording. Maintaining a positive and professional representation of the company during all field interactions is essential.

In addition to securing permissions, the coordinator will prepare detailed daily reports that document site visits, contacts made, and the outcomes achieved. The role also requires assisting in the coordination of logistics for the videography teams once permissions are granted. Accurate organization and maintenance of records related to site visits and permissions are critical to ensure smooth project execution.

Collaboration with internal teams is another key aspect of this role, supporting follow-up actions and contributing to project planning based on field insights and data collected.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. The ability to persuade and negotiate confidently is crucial for obtaining permissions.

Comfort with fieldwork and the flexibility to travel extensively within Lahore are required. A basic understanding of research and reporting techniques will aid in preparing accurate documentation. Proficiency in maintaining structured records and documentation is necessary to keep track of all site interactions and permissions.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple site visits in a single day while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in field operations, sales, or public dealing is highly preferred, as it equips the candidate with relevant skills for interacting with industrial stakeholders. Candidates who have their own transportation will be given preference, facilitating ease of travel across the city.

This is a full-time position based at the designated work location in Gulberg III, Lahore. The monthly salary range offered is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000, reflecting the responsibilities and expectations of the role.
