Job Summary
Adams Fire Tech (Pvt) Limited, a well-established leader in fire alarm and safety systems, is seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals for the role of Sales & Customer Relations Executive. This full-time position is based at our office on Main Expressway, Islamabad, near Khanna Pul. Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Customer Relations Executive will serve as a vital link between the company and its customers. Responsibilities include engaging with clients through multiple communication channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, and face-to-face meetings. The candidate will need to accurately understand and document customer requirements from these interactions to tailor appropriate solutions.

Developing and presenting bids and quotations that align with customer needs and technical specifications is a core part of the role. The executive will conduct meetings to discuss product features, pricing structures, and technical details, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.

Finalizing sales agreements and overseeing the smooth execution of projects is essential to maintain high service standards. Additionally, the role requires diligent data entry and record-keeping across various platforms to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and effectively close sales. Professionalism and confidence in phone etiquette are critical for maintaining positive customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to prioritize responsibilities efficiently to meet deadlines and support business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Master’s degree is preferred, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience will also be considered. A minimum of three years of office experience, particularly in sales or customer relations, is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000. Applicants must be willing to commit to a one-year employment contract, reflecting the company’s investment in long-term growth and employee development.
