We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Dispatcher to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating freight deliveries and pickups, ensuring smooth and timely operations. Key Responsibilities
The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling drivers for freight deliveries and shipment collections, ensuring that all dispatches occur on time and with accuracy. Effective communication with customers is essential, including providing updates on freight details, delivery or pickup times, and any special handling instructions. The role also involves preparing all necessary dispatch documents, as well as generating accurate freight bills and invoices.

Maintaining detailed records is a critical part of the job. This includes logging dispatched calls, driver routes, any route changes, and the exact times of deliveries or pickups. The Dispatcher must monitor transportation laws and regulations closely to ensure all drivers remain compliant. Reviewing drivers’ logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times, is necessary to maintain operational accuracy.

Handling inbound calls is another key responsibility, facilitating smooth communication between drivers and brokers. Additionally, the Dispatcher will log customer shipping schedules and address any complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English with a neutral accent to ensure clear and effective communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. Basic computer proficiency is required, including familiarity with Google Office applications and Google Maps, which are integral tools for scheduling and route planning.

Applicants should be able to work the designated shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The minimum educational requirement is Intermediate/A-Level. This position is open to male candidates aged between 22 and 35 years. Experience levels from less than one year up to 15 years will be considered, making this role accessible to both entry-level and more experienced dispatch professionals.
