Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The successful candidate will bring a solid background in study abroad counseling combined with strong leadership capabilities to inspire the team and drive business growth. This is a full-time, in-person role that demands a proactive approach to managing operational tasks while excelling in sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members. Creating a positive and collaborative work environment is essential to encourage high performance and foster teamwork.
Sales & Customer Service:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving financial targets. Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a priority by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Operational Management:
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Regularly monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall branch effectiveness.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the branch’s market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to promote our services and support sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
