Job Title: Outbound Call Center Agent (SEO / Digital Marketing Campaign)
Location: Gulberg III (On-Site)
Timing: 2 PM – 10 PM, 7 PM – 4 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in an outbound call center role
Salary: Rs35,000 – Rs50,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in outbound calling within a call center environment. Prior exposure to SEO or digital marketing campaign sales is highly desirable. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients via outbound calls, effectively communicate the benefits of our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads or sales opportunities. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads sourced from provided databases or cold calling lists.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SEO and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific campaign criteria and either transfer them to the sales team or schedule follow-up calls.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses using CRM or other tracking systems.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain focus on achieving set targets.
- Stay informed about campaign goals, product updates, and call scripts to ensure effective communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound call center role is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a confident, clear, and persuasive tone.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with cold calling, lead generation, and tele-sales techniques.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems and call management software.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
