Job Summary
7 Sky Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and dedicated Student Counsellor to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role is located at our office in Saint Marry, Gulberg-III, Lahore, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding students through the complex process of selecting appropriate courses, universities, and countries for their higher education. This position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to stay informed about evolving visa policies and international study options.

Key Responsibilities
The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students, helping them identify the best academic programs and study destinations based on their eligibility and preferences. This includes offering clear and accurate information about application procedures, language proficiency requirements, and visa regulations. The counsellor will support students in crafting career paths that align with their academic and professional aspirations.

Regular follow-ups via email and phone calls are essential to maintain student engagement throughout the application process. The role also involves researching and recommending suitable academic programs tailored to individual needs. Meeting assigned counseling and enrollment targets consistently is a key performance metric.

Additionally, the counsellor will advise students on documentary requirements related to visa services and assist in reviewing these documents to ensure accuracy. Preparing petitions and applications with high-quality documentation is critical to the role. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting process systems and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Staying updated on the latest changes in visa policies and study abroad regulations is mandatory to provide current and relevant advice. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Student Career Counselor or in a similar counseling capacity. A strong understanding of international education systems, application procedures, and visa requirements is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively counsel students and maintain consistent follow-up.

The ability to conduct thorough research and deliver tailored advice to prospective students is critical. Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage documentation and application workflows efficiently. Willingness and ability to commute to the office location in Saint Marry, Gulberg-III, Lahore, is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
