Sales Executive / Product Specialist – Construction Chemicals

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives / Product Specialists to join our Sales Development team, focusing on construction chemical products. This full-time role is based in Lahore or Islamabad and involves actively promoting and selling a wide range of construction chemicals to contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and distributors. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle. The position demands a proactive approach to meeting sales targets, staying updated on market trends, and monitoring competitor activities. Extensive travel within the assigned territory is an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell construction chemical products to a diverse clientele, including contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and distributors. You will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory, converting leads into confirmed sales. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers is critical to encourage repeat business and foster strong partnerships.

Conducting product presentations and on-site demonstrations for clients and technical teams is a key part of this role, showcasing the benefits and applications of our products. You will provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing product-related inquiries promptly and effectively.

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management is mandatory. You will also monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensuring timely collection of payments and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and fulfillment is essential.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, applications, and relevant industry standards is required. Additionally, you will prepare and submit detailed sales reports and provide market feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction or chemical sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

The ability to confidently conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while frequently traveling. Good organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple accounts and sales activities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in a similar sales development role within the construction chemicals market is highly desirable. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to PKR 75,000.
