Job Summary
Call 2 Phone Pvt. Ltd., a prominent Internet Service Provider headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aimed at both acquiring new corporate clients and retaining existing ones. This includes identifying emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the corporate customer base. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients is essential, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Achieving and surpassing established sales targets and revenue goals is a core part of the role. This involves skillful negotiation and closing of corporate sales contracts. The manager will work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions that address specific client needs. Additionally, providing valuable feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and meet client requirements is expected.
Regular preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management is required, along with analyzing competitor activities and adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is considered an advantage. The role requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the ISP or telecommunications sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities are also necessary to succeed in this position. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is expected to efficiently manage sales processes and client data.
