Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Calling Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time remote basis. This role focuses on making outbound calls to business clients, generating qualified leads, and successfully closing sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales calling and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Please note, this opportunity is exclusively open to female candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential business clients with professionalism and persistence.
- Generate qualified leads by effectively communicating the value proposition and understanding client requirements.
- Close sales by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales calling, demonstrating a solid understanding of outbound sales processes.
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills are essential; however, fluency in English is not mandatory.
- Proven success in outbound sales, supported by a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with 4 years of experience working with .NET MVC will be given preference, although this is not mandatory.
- This is a full-time remote position, providing flexibility to work from any location.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs300,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
