Female Graphic Designer, Video Creator with Social Media Skills

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented female Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content specifically designed for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that all designs align with our social media calendar and campaign goals. Additionally, you will design marketing landing pages aimed at boosting user engagement and improving conversion rates, playing a key role in the success of our digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging social media posts and videos tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, adhering to the planned social media calendar.
- Design effective marketing landing pages that enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and refine design concepts, ensuring consistency and alignment from initial ideas through to final execution.
- Generate innovative and creative ideas that effectively communicate campaign messages and resonate with the target audience.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- A creative mindset paired with a strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a starting salary of Rs 45,000 per month. The role is expected to commence on June 17, 2025.
