Job Summary

Zigron is excited to announce the launch of a state-of-the-art AI Training Center located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our on-site team. This role is perfectly suited for candidates with an academic background in Business or Social Sciences who also have a foundational understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science concepts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of innovative training programs, helping to shape the future of technology education in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Officer will conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the AI and technology education sectors. This involves analyzing the demand for key skills such as Python programming, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. Based on these insights, the officer will recommend and help design targeted training solutions.

A critical part of the role includes developing course structures and learning pathways that cater to beginner and intermediate learners. The officer will benchmark leading academic and online programs to ensure our curriculum remains competitive and relevant. Additionally, they will propose industry-aligned capstone projects and create evaluation frameworks to guarantee practical, outcome-driven learning experiences.

Collaboration is essential in this role. The Business Development Officer will work closely with instructors, subject matter experts, and academic partners to continuously enhance program quality. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with educational institutions and industry stakeholders will also be a key responsibility to support the center’s growth and outreach.

Furthermore, the officer will contribute to strategic planning efforts, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities aimed at promoting the AI Training Center and expanding its reach.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences. A working knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science—gained through coursework, certifications, or hands-on experience—is essential.

Strong research and analytical skills are required to effectively assess market needs and develop relevant programs. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners. Above all, candidates should demonstrate a passion for education, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in the technology training landscape.

While not mandatory, prior experience in education, EdTech, or training program development will be considered a significant advantage.

Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The salary range for this role is Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before the application deadline on June 20, 2025.
