Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Export Operations Executive to oversee and manage all facets of export documentation and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire export process, ensuring shipments are dispatched on time and in full compliance with international regulations. This role demands strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of export procedures, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners will also be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities
The Export Operations Executive will handle end-to-end export documentation, including preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), and other essential shipping documents. Close coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents is required to guarantee shipments are both timely and cost-efficient.

Managing export orders from the point of placement through to delivery is critical, ensuring on-time dispatch and smooth operations. The role involves supporting the development and maintenance of strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to foster business growth.

Conducting market research to identify new export opportunities and product demand will help expand the company’s reach. Compliance with all relevant import/export laws, international trade regulations, and internal company policies is mandatory.

The Export Operations Executive will also prepare detailed export sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Coordination with production and warehouse teams is essential to ensure product availability and adherence to packaging standards.

Handling customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service in collaboration with relevant departments will be part of the role. Additionally, participation in trade exhibitions, fairs, and B2B meetings is expected to promote the brand internationally. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all export activities and transactions is crucial for transparency and audit purposes.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in export operations is required, ideally within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.

Strong knowledge of export documentation processes and INCOTERMS is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is expected.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage relationships and resolve issues effectively. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities. The ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment is critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A good understanding of customs procedures and international freight logistics will be advantageous. Experience in developing new markets and expanding customer bases is highly valued. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills will be considered a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs75,000. The application deadline and expected start date for this role is 19/06/2025.
