Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team specializing in home appliances. This full-time role is based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, and candidates must reside locally with their family, in line with company policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert product knowledge, and contributing to sales growth. Compensation includes a competitive basic salary plus commission on profits, with final terms discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, responsible for creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment. You will offer expert advice on a range of home appliances, helping customers understand product features, benefits, and proper usage. Demonstrating how to care for and operate appliances will be a key part of your role to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in their purchase.

Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally is essential to maintain high service standards. You will also collaborate closely with other departments and team members to provide a seamless customer experience and support overall sales objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving both customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must be residents of Rawalpindi or Islamabad and living with their family, as per company policy. Candidates from outside these areas or those living independently (bachelors) will not be considered. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.

You should be confident in providing knowledgeable advice on home appliances and capable of addressing customer questions with professionalism. This position requires a full-time commitment, with attendance for in-person shifts at the designated store location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The salary package ranges from Rs 24,000 to Rs 70,000 per month, which includes a basic salary plus a 10% commission on profits. The exact salary will be finalized after the interview process.

The work location is at Ittefaq Mega Mall, Murree Road, conveniently situated near Allied Bank, HBL Bank, and the Islamic Shehad Center, between Chandani Chowk and Waris Khan Metro Bus Station.

Walk-in interviews are held Monday through Saturday from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Candidates are encouraged to attend in person for immediate consideration and to expedite the hiring process.
