Job Summary
Canadian Immigration Council (CIC) is a well-established immigration consultancy with offices in Pakistan and Canada. Our team includes Authorized Representatives recognized by the Government of Canada, ensuring legal and ethical immigration advice. We are committed to a client-first approach and helping individuals realize their Canadian immigration aspirations. Currently, we are looking for a Front Desk Officer (male or female) for our Lahore office in D.H.A Phase 6. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for clients, requiring a professional, approachable, and organized individual. The position involves managing front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus commission-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, creating a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide clear and concise information about CIC’s immigration services and programs to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the calendars of immigration consultants.
- Assist consultants with basic administrative duties such as document intake, filing, and processing.
- Monitor client payments and service milestones to support accurate commission calculations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management and record keeping.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in managing phone and email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Availability to work full-time at the Lahore office in person.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably within a consultancy or service-oriented environment, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with immigration processes or working in a legal office setting is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs40,000, complemented by commission-based incentives that reward performance and dedication.
