Product Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our energetic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling experiences. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing our products by working closely with cross-functional teams. Your designs will translate concepts into seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing user-centered designs by conducting thorough research and creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. You will produce high-fidelity mockups and contribute to building and maintaining a cohesive design system. Collaboration with engineers is essential to ensure the accurate implementation of your designs.

You will lead user research initiatives, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Analyzing user feedback and behavior will help you iterate and continuously improve the user experience. Working alongside product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will help define and prioritize product features.

Clear and effective communication is key in this role. You will present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the design and development process. Additionally, you will maintain consistency with brand guidelines, safeguarding the product’s visual identity and integrity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- A compelling portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process and previous projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with creativity and innovation.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. The monthly salary range is Rs120,000 to Rs140,000.

Additional Information
