Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations by accurately entering and updating contact information and account details within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Maintaining and updating the ticketing system is essential to ensure all tickets are properly documented and current. You will assist in reviewing and analyzing sales quotes and offers to verify their accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the team to compile and maintain an organized list of upcoming renewals. Filtering and categorizing leads according to predefined criteria will support our sales efforts effectively. Additionally, you will provide support to the Sales Operations Team Lead with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
As a point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, you will ensure timely and effective communication. Facilitating communication and follow-up with clients to keep them informed about the status of their deals and requests is a critical part of your role. You will serve as a liaison to guarantee seamless coordination throughout the sales operations process, from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in a sales operations associate role or account management, preferably within the IT industry. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required to maintain clear and professional interactions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools is necessary. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial. We seek dependable, quick-thinking individuals who can prioritize tasks effectively. Trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are also mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
