Job Summary
We are looking for a committed CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our security team at the ZIMS Head Office located in Shar-e-Faisal, Karachi. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and security of our facility by actively monitoring both live and recorded CCTV footage. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the CCTV Monitoring Officer is to continuously observe live and recorded CCTV footage to protect the premises from any security threats. The officer must respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, following all established procedures to maintain a secure environment. Accurate and detailed documentation of every incident and the corresponding actions taken is essential to ensure proper record-keeping and accountability.

Collaboration is also a key aspect of this role. The officer will work closely with other security personnel and relevant departments to coordinate efficient responses to any security concerns. Additionally, the officer must ensure that all monitoring activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of security operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in CCTV monitoring or a related security role. Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills are crucial to identify potential security threats effectively. The ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, is necessary to document incidents accurately and coordinate with team members.

The role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts with one day off per week, according to the designated roster. Reliability and the ability to maintain focus during long shifts are important traits for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 40,000. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will receive several benefits, including a daily fuel allowance of 1 liter, a theft incentive, a medical allowance, and a public holiday allowance.
