Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient Generator Operator to join our Operation & Maintenance Gensets team on a rotation project basis in Balochistan. This full-time, on-site position involves the operation and upkeep of diesel generator sets to guarantee their safe, reliable, and efficient performance. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a solid commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The monthly compensation for this role ranges between Rs35,000 and Rs40,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate diesel generator sets to maintain a continuous and dependable power supply, ensuring minimal interruptions to operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance activities on generators, including inspections, servicing, and minor repairs to prevent equipment failure.
- Monitor generator performance consistently, making necessary adjustments to optimize operational efficiency and fuel consumption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve generator-related issues promptly to reduce downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report any operational concerns and contribute to process improvements.
