Job Summary
Hubaix, a fast-growing AI SaaS and technology company headquartered in Karachi, is looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join their onsite team at D.H.A Phase II. The company focuses on delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, automation platforms, multi-agent systems, and SaaS products to a diverse global clientele spanning real estate, finance, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside backend AI engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and SaaS architects to create scalable, responsive, and interactive web applications and AI-powered operational systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-performance frontend web applications using Next.js and React.js, ensuring scalability and responsiveness. You will be responsible for building reusable component libraries, design systems, and shared frontend architectures that support multiple SaaS products. Translating complex business logic and AI workflows into intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX solutions is a critical part of this role.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with backend engineers, AI teams, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of data and real-time events. Optimizing frontend performance with a focus on speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility is essential. You will actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold code quality and innovation. Managing multiple client-specific SaaS interfaces within an AI automation environment will also be part of your daily responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or possess equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience is required. Strong expertise in Next.js and React.js is essential, including server-side rendering (SSR), client-side rendering (CSR), API routes, dynamic routing, and performance optimization.

Experience with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or TailwindCSS is necessary. You should be proficient in working with RESTful APIs, data integrations, and JSON data structures. A solid understanding of web application security, frontend architecture, and best practices is expected. Knowledge of responsive design principles, frontend performance tuning, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility is critical.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex frontend issues are required. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows is mandatory. This position requires a full-time onsite commitment at the Karachi office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preferred candidates will have experience with React Native for mobile app development and familiarity with real-time technologies such as WebSockets and event-driven data rendering. Experience working on SaaS platforms, particularly multi-tenant SaaS interfaces or AI-powered platforms, is highly valued. Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, FastAPI, and Python is a plus. Knowledge of frontend animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP and testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright will be advantageous.

Hubaix offers a competitive salary package up to Rs80,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
