Job Summary
Decotechs is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern to join our dynamic team based at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This full-time internship offers fresh graduates a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry, focusing on online bidding, client communication, and lead generation through international freelancing platforms. The working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Successful interns may have the chance to transition into a permanent position within the company.

Key Responsibilities
The Upwork Bidder Intern will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids and proposals on platforms like Upwork. You will analyze client requirements carefully to ensure accurate understanding of project scopes. Effective communication with international clients is essential to grasp their needs and expectations. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay informed about IT services relevant to freelancing projects, helping to refine bidding strategies and improve success rates.

Required Qualifications
We welcome fresh graduates or final-year students from BBA, BSCS, or related disciplines. Strong written English and communication skills are crucial for this role, as much of the interaction will be client-facing and proposal-based. Candidates must demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment. While basic familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
