Job Summary
One World Immigration Law Consultant is a leading immigration consultancy dedicated to providing expert services in skilled immigration, business immigration, and student visas. We pride ourselves on facilitating a seamless immigration journey for clients seeking opportunities abroad. Currently, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Branch/Sales Manager to oversee our Peshawar office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, building and leading a motivated sales team, and driving business growth focused on the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities
The Branch/Sales Manager will supervise all daily activities at the Peshawar branch, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction. This includes conducting initial consultations to evaluate clients’ immigration needs and supporting the preparation and submission of their applications. The role demands meticulous attention to documentation, timely follow-ups on cases, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient processing.

In addition to operational management, the manager will monitor staff performance, provide ongoing training, and foster a productive work environment. Developing strong local partnerships and actively promoting the company’s services through various channels is essential to expanding our market presence. The manager must also ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulations at all times.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal applicant will have 2 to 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, sales, team management, or a similar supervisory role. Proven experience in establishing or managing branch operations is critical. Prior client-facing experience and basic team coordination skills are highly desirable to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
A solid understanding of visa and immigration procedures for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe is preferred. Familiarity with student visas, skilled migration, visit visas, and immigration eligibility assessments will be beneficial. Knowledge of documentation requirements, case file management, and embassy protocols is important for effective case handling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Urdu are essential. The ability to assess client profiles and provide initial immigration advice confidently is expected. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, maintain a positive attitude, and perform well under pressure. Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service are key attributes.
