Key Responsibilities
The Operations Executive will support daily departmental activities to ensure seamless operations. Managing a high volume of work effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential. Accurate record-keeping and timely submission of documentation are critical components of this role. The candidate will be responsible for following up on tasks and communications to guarantee nothing is missed.

Identifying and implementing innovative improvements in service delivery and cost management is expected, including leveraging technology and refining processes. The role requires adaptability to varying work conditions and professional handling of diverse situations. Clear and professional communication with customers, clients, and team members via email, phone, and electronic platforms is vital.

Proactively organizing workflow to meet customer deadlines and expectations is a key function. The Operations Executive will take ownership of complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution. Maintaining positive working relationships across all organizational levels and working independently with minimal supervision are also important. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and filing all records in accordance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Graduate or Master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, accounts, or human resources. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel, coupled with a solid commercial understanding, is required. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential.

The candidate should be able to work effectively within a team environment. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, strong work ethics, and flexibility are critical attributes for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in a UK shift environment is preferred. The standard working hours are as follows:
- Winter: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Summer: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
These hours may be adjusted based on business needs.

The company observes the UK calendar for holidays; Pakistani federal holidays are not recognized. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Bahria Town Karachi, Mid Way Commercial, 18B. Only candidates residing in Bahria Town will be considered.

The monthly salary range for this role is PKR 45,000 to 70,000.
