Job Summary
Villaex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in B2B SaaS solutions to join their team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 90,000, along with attractive commission and incentive opportunities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging potential clients through multiple outreach channels and delivering customized technology solutions tailored to their needs. This role demands a proactive sales professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling techniques.
- Conduct discovery calls to thoroughly understand client requirements and recommend tailored SaaS solutions accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate Villaex’s technology services to prospective clients via virtual meetings or face-to-face sessions.
- Maintain and expand a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up, tracking, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Consultant and technical teams to ensure smooth deal closure and client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth objectives.
- Provide post-sales support and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within IT services or software/SaaS industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse client profiles.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation strategies to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development services is a plus, aiding in solution customization.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in English is essential for clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
