Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive – Recruitment to join our Human Resources team at our Gulberg Green Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and help build a workforce that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting from job postings to onboarding new hires. This includes working alongside department leaders to define clear hiring requirements and role specifications. The role involves screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and shortlisting candidates who meet the criteria. Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with accurate information and timely reporting is essential to track progress effectively.
Additionally, the candidate will prepare regular hiring reports to monitor recruitment outcomes and ensure transparency in the process. Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey is a priority, ensuring smooth communication and engagement. The role also supports employer branding initiatives and involves participation in career fairs and other talent attraction events. Staying updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices is crucial to continuously enhance hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms to efficiently manage the hiring process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. The ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines is critical for success in this role.
