Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our software products. This role involves designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with developers to enhance product quality. A strong commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts derived from software requirements and design documentation. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing processes to detect defects and verify that the software meets all specified functional requirements.

Work collaboratively with the development team to diagnose issues, provide actionable feedback, and recommend improvements that enhance overall software quality. Participation in code reviews and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.

Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing procedures, results, and identified defects to ensure accurate records and facilitate transparency. Utilize a variety of testing tools and frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage, supporting both manual and automated efforts.

Assist in developing and implementing QA standards and best practices to elevate the team’s quality assurance processes. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to quality assurance to continuously refine testing methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in software quality assurance, encompassing both manual and automated testing techniques. A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies is essential.

Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test plans and scripts based on detailed technical documentation. Proficiency with testing tools and automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency and accuracy is required.

Strong problem-solving skills paired with meticulous attention to detail ensure thorough defect identification and resolution. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers.
