Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Officer to join our team within the packaging industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and strengthening our market position by delivering exceptional customer support and building lasting client relationships. Your primary mode of communication will be through chat and other digital channels, where you will address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. A deep understanding of our product range and the ability to meet sales targets through strategic engagement are essential to succeeding in this position.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Responding swiftly and professionally to customer queries via chat and other communication platforms is a core part of your daily tasks. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients will help increase customer loyalty and retention.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge is crucial, enabling you to confidently address customer needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives. Delivering outstanding customer service to create a seamless and positive client experience is a priority.

Accurate management and updating of customer records and interactions using CRM software will be part of your routine. Additionally, collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance will help drive continuous improvement and success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the packaging industry. A strong understanding of packaging campaigns, particularly in the US, Canadian, or UK markets, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with customers and close sales. You should possess a problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

The ability to work independently while also collaborating well within a team environment is important, especially in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is required to manage customer data and support sales activities effectively.

Additional Information
This position supports a US-based campaign and requires working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role is full-time and on-site, providing an opportunity to work closely with colleagues and clients.

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, which will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.
