Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in IT staff augmentation services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and promoting our tailored offerings, which include tech staffing solutions, dedicated remote teams, and project-based resources. This position demands excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of various IT roles, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships that contribute to sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively engage potential clients who require IT staff augmentation services.
- Generate leads through diverse channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events.
- Present and pitch our company’s services effectively, highlighting our expertise in tech staffing, remote dedicated teams, and project-based resource solutions.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs and collaborate closely with recruitment and technical teams to deliver appropriate candidate profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or staffing services sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients and close deals efficiently.
- Solid knowledge of IT roles including Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and related technical areas.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and outreach tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
