We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling both residential and commercial properties. This position involves guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Success in this role demands a proactive mindset to identify potential clients, close deals efficiently, and maintain strong, lasting relationships within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing initiatives. Understanding clients’ specific needs and preferences is essential to assist them effectively in buying, selling, or renting properties. You will provide expert advice to buyers, helping them secure properties at competitive prices and favorable terms.

Generating leads and promptly following up on inquiries via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings will be a daily task. You will also schedule and accompany clients on property viewings and inspections, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions. Staying updated on the latest real estate market trends and best practices is critical to maintaining a competitive edge.

Preparing and presenting compelling business proposals to prospective clients will be part of your role, along with regularly maintaining and updating property listings. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients is vital to sustaining business growth. Additionally, you will ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and company policies. Negotiating prices and finalizing deals between buyers and sellers will be a key responsibility to close successful sales.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role is essential, along with a strong understanding of local property market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to effectively engage clients and close deals.

A customer-focused approach combined with a high level of professionalism is necessary to thrive in this role. The ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets is expected. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with real estate software, including CRM tools, will support your daily activities and client management.

Compensation and Work Details
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive basic salary complemented by commission and performance-based incentives. The monthly salary range is Rs55,000 to Rs60,000. The role requires physical presence at the designated office location to collaborate closely with the sales team and clients.
