Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the daily settlement and reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and complete. This includes tracking and verifying incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining meticulous documentation to support financial integrity. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve any discrepancies in settlements promptly.

In addition, you will prepare regular reports and dashboards related to settlements, utilizing advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas to analyze data effectively. Maintaining and updating settlement records in an organized manner is essential to support audit and compliance requirements. You will also assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting as needed, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. We are seeking individuals with between six months to one year of experience in finance, preferably with a focus on settlements or reconciliation processes. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical, including skills in data cleaning and the use of complex formulas to manipulate and analyze financial data.

Attention to detail and numerical accuracy are paramount to prevent errors in financial records. Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, and a problem-solving mindset will help you navigate challenges efficiently.
