Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the paint industry to join our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of paint products and services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and leading a sales team to consistently achieve targets. The successful candidate will be proactive in preparing accurate quotations aligned with company policies and skilled in analyzing sales data to guide strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position, and candidates must either be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before starting.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the paint sector to expand the company’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and present detailed and accurate quotations for prospective clients, ensuring all proposals comply with company guidelines and pricing structures.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies for improved performance.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the paint industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities that drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Sargodha or willing to relocate to ensure consistent, reliable attendance at the workplace.
- This is a full-time role requiring physical presence at the office to foster close collaboration with the sales team and management.
