Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Tens Sourcing is a fast-growing e-commerce service provider focused on helping brands unlock their full potential through expert listing optimization, advertising strategies, and brand management. We currently manage Tens Towels, one of the top-selling brands on Amazon. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team onsite at DHA Phase 8, Karachi. This full-time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for Amazon listings, marketing campaigns, and social media content. This position is perfect for fresh graduates with strong portfolios, although candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, edit, and finalize product images, infographics, and A+ Content specifically tailored for Amazon listings.
- Support the creation of creative assets for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and website banners.
- Work collaboratively with photography, content, and marketing teams to translate concepts into high-quality visual content.
- Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines and comply with Amazon’s image standards.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative design ideas.
- Edit and retouch product photographs to enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, especially those relevant to e-commerce and the home decor industry.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential.
- Basic understanding of Amazon’s image and content requirements.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to balance creativity and clarity in visuals.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and implement revisions promptly.
- Good communication skills and effective time management.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is mandatory for consideration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience preferred, though fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience designing Amazon A+ Content will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing skills is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools or understanding of UI/UX principles is beneficial.
