We are actively seeking experienced Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Agents with a strong background in orthopedic braces, including knee, back, shoulder, and wrist supports. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience working on DME campaigns specifically related to joint braces, targeting Medicare or private insurance beneficiaries. This role primarily involves engaging directly with patients through outbound calls to promote and facilitate access to orthopedic braces, ensuring patients receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to eligible patients, discussing orthopedic braces such as knee, back, shoulder, and wrist supports. You will qualify leads by carefully assessing campaign guidelines, verifying insurance eligibility, and evaluating patient pain levels to ensure suitability.
Collecting and verifying detailed patient information is essential, including insurance coverage and relevant medical history. You will educate patients on the benefits and proper use of medical braces, helping them understand the importance of compliance for effective treatment.
Once leads are qualified, you will either submit them or perform live transfers to licensed healthcare providers or verification teams. Maintaining high conversion rates while strictly adhering to regulatory and compliance standards is a critical part of this role.
Additionally, you will be expected to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls made, qualified leads generated, and successful conversions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of six months’ experience working on DME campaigns focused on joint braces. A strong understanding of Medicare and private insurance eligibility guidelines for orthopedic equipment is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams. Prior experience in a call center environment, preferably within US-based healthcare or DME campaigns, is highly desirable.
You should be adept at handling patient objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach. Familiarity with lead management systems and a thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance standards are mandatory to protect patient privacy and data security.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive fixed salary complemented by an attractive incentive structure. Performance bonuses are awarded based on qualified transfers or sales, rewarding those who consistently achieve high results.
Monthly compensation ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs50,000, depending on experience and performance levels. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in target-driven environments and have a genuine passion for helping patients access essential orthopedic support devices.
If you meet the experience criteria and are committed to delivering exceptional patient service, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated team.
