Technical Project Manager (AI)

Job Summary
PureLogics is actively seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify their challenges and translate these into effective AI strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting comprehensive AI systems, evaluating AI tools and cloud platforms, and ensuring seamless project execution by managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager will collaborate directly with stakeholders to uncover business challenges and convert these into AI-powered solutions. You will design and architect AI systems leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. A critical part of the role involves evaluating and recommending the most suitable AI tools and cloud platforms—including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform—to support project deployment and scalability.

You will develop detailed project documentation, including roadmaps, technical specifications, system diagrams, and proofs-of-concept (POCs), to guide development efforts. Accurate estimation of project timelines and resource allocation will be essential to meet project goals efficiently. Leading and managing cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, engineers, and developers will be a key responsibility.

Additionally, you will develop and implement comprehensive project plans, continuously monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering collaboration and driving project success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in designing and implementing AI solutions. A strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI technologies is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI development and deployment is required.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities are critical for this role. The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment is expected.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and proficiency with project management tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
