Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our educational team, specializing in preparing students for A and O level examinations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in reading, writing, and speaking skills, ensuring students are well-equipped to excel in their exams. Key Responsibilities
The English teacher will be tasked with teaching core language skills, including reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and effective speaking techniques. Developing detailed and well-structured lesson plans that cover the entire class duration is essential to maintain a smooth and productive learning flow. Lessons should incorporate diverse teaching methods tailored to the content and the unique needs of each student.

Creating a lively and motivating classroom atmosphere is crucial to encourage active participation and sustained interest. The teacher will instruct students on the fundamental structure and components of the English language, focusing on correct spelling, vocabulary enhancement, and word meanings. Emphasis will also be placed on grammar rules, sentence construction, and composition skills to build a strong foundation in written English.

Oral communication skills, including proper pronunciation and fluency, will be developed through targeted exercises. The teacher will foster critical thinking by guiding students through the study of literature and poetry, encouraging analysis and interpretation. Additionally, students will be trained to critically evaluate various media forms such as news reports, advertisements, and other informational content to enhance their comprehension and analytical abilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in English and Education, ensuring a solid academic foundation in both subject matter and teaching methodology. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required to demonstrate proven classroom management and instructional skills. Fluency in spoken English is essential for effective communication and role modeling.
