Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves direct interaction with customers at showrooms and pop-up events to promote and sell our innovative e-bike products. The ideal candidate will conduct test rides, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and diligently follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. In addition to sales responsibilities, the role includes maintaining customer data through CRM systems, generating sales reports, and supporting after-sales service to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. The position also requires managing social media content and developing local marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness. This hands-on role is primarily in-person and may involve local travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers at showrooms and pop-up events, providing detailed product information and personalized assistance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Conduct test rides, demonstrating the features, specifications, and advantages of various e-bike models to potential buyers.
- Promptly follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and generating regular sales reports to track performance.
- Support after-sales service efforts by addressing customer questions and concerns, contributing to enhanced satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive online engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, aimed at increasing community awareness and attracting new customers.
