Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven real estate sales professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets is a core responsibility. You will build and sustain a robust network of dealers, clients, industry partners, and other key stakeholders to support business growth. Conducting sales meetings, delivering compelling presentations, and negotiating deals effectively will be essential to closing sales successfully.
Analyzing sales data and monitoring market trends will guide your decision-making process and help identify new opportunities. You will also ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements to maintain operational integrity. Managing your own schedule, leads, and sales pipeline independently is critical to maximizing productivity and achieving performance goals.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales and management, with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to build trust and close deals effectively. The ability to work autonomously while managing your own sales pipeline is required.
A deep understanding of real estate principles, practices, and regulatory frameworks is necessary to navigate the market confidently. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is also required to ensure foundational knowledge and professionalism in the role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position requires relocation to Mangla near Dina/Jehlum city. Candidates currently residing outside this area must be willing to move. To support this transition, accommodation and food will be provided as part of the employment package, ensuring a smooth relocation experience.
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs75,000, commensurate with experience and performance. The work environment is in-person, providing direct engagement with clients and partners, which fosters stronger relationships and better sales outcomes.
