We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in trend-driven products, utilizing Meta and TikTok advertising to fuel our rapid expansion. Operating on the Shopify platform, we are seeking a results-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role focuses on converting ad spend into tangible revenue and offers a long-term opportunity with significant growth potential as we continue to build our brand and diversify our product range.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. A key part of your role will involve developing and testing new ad creatives, hooks, and promotional offers on a weekly basis to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Analyzing campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and average order value (AOV) will be essential. You will provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration with the design team is crucial to create compelling, scroll-stopping ads that resonate with our target audience. You will also be expected to execute fast and efficient launches for new product campaigns, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment.
Ongoing campaign optimization will be part of your daily tasks, scaling successful ads while discontinuing underperforming ones. Additionally, you will contribute to product launches and support the broader content strategy to ensure alignment across marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns specifically for e-commerce brands, ideally within trend-driven or direct-to-consumer (DTC) sectors. Experience handling daily ad budgets of $300 or more is required.
A strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies is essential, including targeting cold audiences, nurturing warm leads, and executing retargeting campaigns. Proven success in delivering measurable results—highlighted by ROAS, CPA, and campaign examples—is mandatory.
You should be capable of writing basic ad copy and preparing clear briefs for creative teams. Proficiency in data analysis and comfort working with campaign analytics to inform decision-making is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with creative testing frameworks and familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) trends—especially TikTok-style video creatives—will be highly valued. Knowledge of advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads platform, Motion, and Triple Whale is a plus.
We offer flexible engagement options including full-time, part-time, or project-based roles, with a focus on results rather than hours worked. Compensation is competitive and performance-based, starting at Rs80,000 per month.
