Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients located in the United States, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain clear, fluent English communication throughout all client interactions to ensure effective engagement.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call targets, contributing positively to overall team objectives.
- Exhibit punctuality and reliability by adhering strictly to assigned work schedules.
- Continuously enhance communication skills and deepen product knowledge to improve customer interaction quality and sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential for this role to facilitate smooth communication with international clients.
- Educational qualifications should be at least Matriculation, Intermediate, or a Bachelor’s degree. Fresh candidates meeting these criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, depending on the company’s operational requirements.
