Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and foster community growth. This role requires expertise in content creation, performance analysis, and collaboration across departments to ensure a strong and consistent online presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. This includes creating, curating, and scheduling a variety of content types—text posts, images, videos, and infographics—that align with the company’s voice, values, and objectives to maintain brand consistency.
Engagement is a key part of this role. You will monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and discussions, building and nurturing relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to expand reach and interaction. Additionally, you will plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities designed to increase user engagement. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing is essential to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Analytics & Strategy Optimization:
You will track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Based on these insights, you will suggest data-driven improvements to optimize future strategies.
Collaboration with marketing, design, and communications teams is crucial to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. You will also support influencer marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand positioning and awareness through effective social media tactics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique features.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience using Google Analytics and social media insights tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing and product promotion.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position with a work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. The salary range for this role is Rs55,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
