As a Retail Associate, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers while supporting the overall success and performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. You will provide detailed product knowledge and personalized recommendations to help customers find the perfect footwear that suits their style and needs. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets will be a key focus, contributing directly to the store’s performance goals.

Maintaining an attractive and organized store environment is essential. You will ensure that product displays are visually appealing and that the store remains clean and well-maintained at all times. Handling billing and payment processing accurately and efficiently is also part of your daily duties.

Inventory management is another important aspect of this role. You will assist with stock replenishment and help monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability. Addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively will be crucial in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaboration with fellow team members is vital to delivering a seamless and outstanding in-store experience. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with customers and team members.

A well-groomed and presentable appearance is required to reflect the luxury brand image of Gomila Intersole. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with billing and POS systems, are necessary to perform transactional duties efficiently.

A genuine passion for shoes and an awareness of current fashion trends will help you connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
An intermediate level of education is preferred. Gomila Intersole offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month, along with sales incentives to reward outstanding performance.
